Looking at the playoffs scores after the districts championship games and 90% of the games score difference in all classes were over a two touchdown win. And a majority of the games where the mercy rule was used in the second half of games. There were not many games where they were within one score or less. So with that said, defensive ability will be a major contributor to who makes it to the final game. I'm going to stop you more than you can stop me. Just my two cents worth.
