bored, and perused the calpreps site where it lists all the Missouri schools with stats including everyone's won-loss record. Most opponents' combined records after four games is around .500 with eight wins and eight losses.
The schools with the most extreme differences are as follows.
Lafayette St. Joseph is 4-0 and the record of their opponents is 1-15. Warrensburg is 1-3 and their opponents' combined record is 15-1.
I did say "semi-interesting" - not earth shattering - and not one mention of the greatest movie quarterback of all time. (Reno Hightower)

I think that is a little interesting...I've thought before that most people are probably around 500 even at the end of the season.

I also noticed that all the 4-0 teams are currently undefeated and have outscored all their opponents in each game. I wonder how many communities have a Kid Lester just waiting to return to town to see a big win. Best scene of the movie was the dinner with wives and the Vikings game.
