SC's Katie Hogan named Southeast Missourian Player of the Year

For the second year in a row, Scott City's 6'2" middle blocker Katie Hogan has been named Player of the Year by The Southeast Missourian, the regional newspaper that covers the Cape Girardeau media market and Southeast Missouri.
