Was reading an article about the game in the Kirksville Daily Express and there was a good picture that showed some team hosts for Scotland Co. (a very distinguished-looking bearded gentleman and a lovely lady). It seemed to me that the gentleman looked familiar, but I could be wrong. Here is a link and maybe some of you can help me identify this couple.

Unfortunately, no. Just slaving away at work.... Sadly, my Lady Gophers came up one point short of making their first trip down there to the Showdown. Sure would like to be there rooting on some of our area schools though. Scotland County making their first trip down there. North Mercer making a run all the way to the Championship game. And the Trenton Lady Bulldogs making a trip down there to the Final Four. Wishing them all the best.

We watched your ladies at chilli. They play high energy.

Just watched North Andrew and Glasgow. Pretty good game, now waiting on Trenton.

Will be rooting for the Mercer girls tm.

G... .. .O o- Good 2 hear from U. Had a very enjoyable 4 daze of overindulging in the
class 1-2-3 Show-Me Showdown. The community support for small school sports is
phenomenal. Great experience with the Scotland County team..!
Traditionally the turnout for 3rd place games is rather light, not so with Harrisburg
and Scotland County as they brought everyone with a pulse in support.

YDKM........ Me too..! Nothing compares to the small schools making a good competitive team outa home grown kids combined with the unreal community support.
We'll see some large school good teams this weekend with little support in the stands..
