Melisa Ball 6'5 (transfer from 7th place Seward County College)
Tara Waggoner (transfer from state fair originally from Carthage, MO.)
Shardae Moore 5'9 Guard (Wichita Falls, Tx)
Kat Marney 5'5 Guard (Gentry, Arkansas)
Megan Welch 5'6 Guard (Gentry, Arkansas)

They are also bringing over another brazilian that is supposed to be just as good as the all-region brazil players they had last year.

They appear to be ready to make a run at the nationals again with 9 sophmores and if they make it that would 2 out of the past 3 years coach cletus green has made it while he has been there. The new assistant coach they have now is always at summer tournaments so i think he will get some big time players in there.

The final four are probably gonna be at a central location like Rolla but it still in the works from what i have been told. This next year I think it will be between Moberly and Crowder and Three Rivers will be up there if he gets all his freshman to play at a high level.

Brazillians are definately carrying this team. Without them scoring the points and getting the steals, not much talent to pull out wins. Coach Green has a proven ability to coach. The word on the street is the assistant coach has some problems dealing with recruits, a little abrasive, comes on too strong and is driving the better players away from the program. Would likely do this program some good to get a female assistant on staff who can relate to the players a little better.

Not exactly sure how it works, but I believe a large portion of the bill to bring over international players is footed by the Division I schools that place these players in JUCO schools until they can transfer to that specific DI school. If I am wrong about that, someone can correct me.

I guess they went 23-9 and finsihed Region Runners-Up and no players left and he is bringing in some very good players for the next season and he is also returning to be the assistant again next season. I think people will be surprised about how good they are next season. I have met him a couple times and spoke to him in length and he is straight forward and to the point about recruiting and hides no fact in it. If you are good enough to play and get Crowder into the Top 25 consistently he will recruit you and if you are not he wont just the bottom line. I can see where that seems a bit harsh but its about winning and losing now isnt it. They were ranked 3 times this season and its been a long time since Crowder has done that. I think people need to take time to get to know him before you judge a person in his position.
