MOsports.com presents the Top 100 players in Class 4 entering the 2011

Michael Scherer, MICDS, 6-4 235, LB, Sr.
Ranked as the No. 8 recruit in the Show-Me State, Mizzou
bound outside linebacker Michael Scherer has helped his MICDS Rams to a 3-0
start to their season. Playing offense as well for the Rams, Scherer
has rushed for 248-yards and a team high 7 touchdowns this season. On
defense he leads the team with 20 tackles, 13 solo in three victories.
Scherer chose the Tigers over programs such as Nebraska, Stanford,
Vanderbilt, Iowa, and Indiana.
