Liberty looked real bad. I think Ava would’ve won it last year if it weren’t for injuries.
I would agree it appears as if Ava is the front runner. But it was just one week. LIberty is going to have some growing pains with a new young coach. I fully expect they will be in the mix as the season progresses. They have too much talent to be as bad as week 1 showed.
I agree. I was telling a friend of mine(a 90s Liberty grad) the other day that acklins going to do just fine coaching but since he’s not experienced with game management and game time decisions that Liberty may lose some that they shouldn’t.
It’s going to be interesting to see how Grove responds because I’ll be honest, they looked pretty sorry last night.

5 TDs and 2 safeties from FG, Panthers struggled to even get past midfield.

Adrian comes down to Mountain View this week. One of my higher interest games this week.
I wish I could go to that one. I’ll be streaming somebody this Friday. Probably WP/Glendale.
That’s a hell of a drive for Adrian. That’s gotta be at least 225 miles
You got my curiosity up so I made sure YES this is a true road game for the Blackhawks.
We will see if Liberty as as down as I think they might be. Not that the Blackhawks are bad, but if Liberty loses this one as well, I think it’s hard to imagine them having a very good year.
Adrian was in the C1 championship game and returned several. I think this one is a tossup.
I thought that was the case, but I couldn’t quite remember if they made it, or was just in the quarterfinals. I think the Blackhawks could take it. This game is more interesting than I originally thought.
Baby stage of the season. After the next 2-3 weeks I think the picture will become clearer, though. Pretty much always does. Really looking forward to Week 4 Lamar-Seneca. Week 5 Nixa-Joplin could be an in person nice day trip for me.
