Will Trump be willing to spend enough of his own money to run a decent campaign for another year? I seriously doubt he really thought he would be in this position for very long.Bush is dead in the water right now.
Rubio isn't really moving up the polls either, and his underlying campaign financing in Q3 was not that good.
The establishment has to be getting nervous.
Total guess, but I think for now he's continuing to focus on using social media and other free outlets for publicity. I think he has to invest some in Iowa at some point if he wants to have a chance in the caucuses, though. On the ground organization is more important there than we might think. It's a big part of how Kerry and Obama won in Iowa, as well as the evangelicals on the right in the past couple caucuses. Will Trump be willing to spend enough of his own money to run a decent campaign for another year? That's the point of my question. When field thins out will he spend what it takes to run his campaign for another year? I don't think he ever dreamed he would be in this situation even for this short amount of time.He is hosting SNL on Nov. 7.
Other than for transportation and security the dude isn't spending squat. TV is giving him free
commercials on their shows.
