Russia fired missiles over Ukrainian nuclear power plants. That has to be interpreted as a threat. They keep pushing the envelope almost like they are coaxing the West to respond. I would hate for the US to be forced into a "boots on the ground" response, UNLESS it is a 100% NATO effort - we can put in our pound of flesh, but no more.
