Only stop clock on quarter timeout injury penalties scores....head referee wanted clock ran after a touchdown.....so is the clock supposed to stop after a td or not?

Not 100% sure, but I believe the rule changed this year to:
3rd Quarter with a 35+ differential rules are the same as previous years, qtips as it was said.
4th Quarter is different with a 35+ differential. The clock only stops if the head official feels like something is taking an inordinate amount of time, such as an injury. Otherwise the clock runs. So basically the 4th quarter, barring injuries or a drop below 35 point differential will take exactly 12 minutes.

This is what I was told by a referee this year that the rule changed and in the 4th Quarter the clock never stops, I guess you can call it super turbo.

A timeout takes a lot of time...clock runs for that in 4th q ?

The Running Clock will be stopped in the 3rd quarter when:
#1. An official's time-out is called, except:
a) when a first down is declared;
b) following a change of team possession; or
c) to dry or change the game ball.
#2. A charged time-out is called
#3. At the end of a period
#4. A score occurs

In the 4th quarter the Running Clock shall not be stopped with the exception of #1 or #2.
