What type of defense are they playing to keep those talented teams scoring such few points? Must be limiting teams’ second chance points too. JC and Rock Bridge have talented offensive players that must have struggled against them.

West Plains is better than anyone thought they would be this season. They have given up 30, 36, 26, 38, 33, 39, 45, 18, 36, 40, and 55 points this season in their games. Only the last one was a loss, to a nationally ranked Fort Smith Northside team yesterday 55-53 in the Pink and White championship game on the Pink side. They gave up a lot of size in that game and still nearly won. As mentally tough and resilient as any high school team I've ever seen. They can knock off either Rolla or Carl Junction.

It's a shame that only one of those three teams can make the final four because I think those three teams are at least as good and probably better than any of the other teams In the state in Class 4, Incarnate Word excepted.

Every year there is a district that is loaded. It is what it is

To be clear, Rolla, West Plains and Carl Junction are all in separate districts, but in order to get to the Final Four only one of those teams will emerge from sectionals and then quarter finals.

I will take Rolla but all three will be good games. Last year WP beat Poo and Poo beat Rolla and Rolla beat WP. Might end something similar this year.

I will take Rolla at home over Kickapoo, Kickapoo over WP at WP and Rolla over West Plains at WP. UNLESS kickapoo is 100% healthy. That changes everything if Fontleroy is back before these games are played.

From what I read on ozark sports zone one of Northsides bigs got hurt in warmups and did not play and the other is a guard? Not sure how big they were against WP? I was not there but sounds like they were smaller then normal.

Northside not having the girl who got hurt in warmups definitely hurt them, and that girl mostly plays guard but Northside has plenty of other big players to fill In, just as Kickapoo does. Kickapoo has three of their top players hurt and STILL go 8 or 9 deep

Rolla plays Helias this week. Helias defense is respectable but their offense is anemic. Rolla will won this game but it will be low scoring due to the Helias 1-3-1 defense, but I think Rolla wins easily.

A few of Rolla's key players from last season are not doing very good offensively this season. And it appears that one player in particular has taken it upon herself the last 4 games to take most of the shots, with a low shooting percentage...

The last 4 games...the 3 xmas tourney games aren't on there. If you mean Rodgers she made all tourney and if you mean Libhart she was MVP. Either way...why post this?

I meant the last 4 games on the Max Preps site, don't know what happened in Xmas tourney. Was just looking at the stats and saw that and found it interesting is all. Rodgers had been struggling according to the stats and when I've watched Rolla this season it didn't seem like she was a big part of the offense, but glad she did well in the tournament and that Libhart got MVP. Didn't Rodgers make all state last season?

Live and die on that 3 and ignore getting the ball inside is a recipe for unfulfilled potential

Rolla didn't and doesn't live and die by the 3. Rock Bridge has a 6-4 post and great guards and a coach who has been there a LONG LONG TIME. Replay the game in February

from max preps stats, it looks like you struggled from 3 in most games that were close. Stats can be deceiving.
