Right to Work bit the dust in Missouri

The republican majority could not hold it together for an override of the governor's veto on this one. Last I heard at least 9 republicans were against the so-called right to work bill. They did override his veto of some other crazy stuff they passed.
 
How is this possible when Scout said the tea party would overtake every state house in the union and dominate Missouri?
 
I was referring to the day Nixon is replaced.
No it will be a sad for Missouri. If a Repub gets elected and with the rest of the state houses R controlled it will be sad for the state. We will be like Kansas, or Wisconsin.

Nixon has been a check on the worst instincts of the legislature. But, the Rs have enough votes that it's getting to the point that it doesn't matter who the governor is.

There was article in our local paper today in which speaker of the house, Todd Richardson, who is a PB guy, is talking about the importance of republicans winning the race for governor. Of course if that happens "right to work" WILL be passed again AND signed into law.
