I didn't know we were heading toward Islamic dress codes but it looks like they're trying get there. I juts saw this on the news after reading your post. They are interviewing a congress woman and she said they already had a rule that women had to wear another layer of clothing over the top they had on, and one now this.

So the women shouldn’t have a dress code similar to the men’s? Did you read the article or watch the video I posted?
It’s called a dress codes and it’s not a big deal. Most places of business have them.
The only change she proposed was adding a coat. I will say dress codes have yet return to post Covid.

IMO dress codes are archaic... Many businesses have become much more relaxed with "dress requirements." Let's not go back to the 1970's.
Some jack ass put a scarf around his neck and some people complimented him and the next thing you know fascism is rampant in every nook and cranny of our society.

Why shouldn't the women have a equal dress code that mirrors the men's. Why are they a special class who doesn't have to adhere to the basic rules of public decorum?

The rule changes just clarify that all things are now equal and fair across the board!
But I get that it's just a common play in the radical lefts playbook .. trying to weaponize basic Legislative Rules and Regulation changes that where inadequate in explanation and the move to clarify them is now somehow oppressive to women.
A women wanted the rules clarified and made equal and the whole process took 5min. to fix.
The propaganda lengths the Leftwingers will go to to try and demonize people is rather scary.
I hate neck ties but how is a tie Fascist? I mean it's a fashion statement. But just how as the Neck tie taken anyone constitutional rights away? Or any basic human rights for that matter.
Men are required to wear a suit jacket and tie at all times on the floor. All she was asking was that the women have the same rules with the jacket only.

Maybe someone should remind Jim Jordan about the dress code, he runs around with no jacket and his tie loose most fo the time. When he was the big man on the committee that tried to get something on Hillary Clinton and was on TV all the time he always looked like a bum.
