Rich Hill High School is looking to start a Girls and Boys Basketball Tournament for the 2008-2009
Season. The dates for the tournament will be February 9th-14th, 2009. We will have the
tournament if we have at least 3 other teams other than Rich Hill (3 game round robin) but
we are hoping for a full 8 team bracket. Each team will receive 3 games regardless of the
format.
We want to get teams from different areas and different conferences that you normally do
not see on your schedule. I know many of you are starting to plan for the next 2 year
cycle and we wanted to see what type of interest we had for our tournament.
The tournament will feature:
* T-shirts for all players
* Coaching Shirt for Head Coaches
* Nightly Hospitality Room for Coaches, Drivers and Administrators
* Team Trophies for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th places
* Individual Awards for 1st place
* All-tournament team
We are looking for Class 1, Class 2 and small Class 3 schools.
