Carthage earns a win, but it's announced that they must play in the 4 versus 5 seed matchup in districts. Not sure how that happened
 
I would be interested to see the stats from the game. Would not be surprised if Republic actually had more time of possession than Carthage just due to the many long sustained drives as Carthage D had a terrible time getting Republic offense off the field. Whereas Carthage scored rapidly, seemingly just by looking at the ball.
