I like the idea of it, but have been told there's an 80% chance it's an in house hire.

If they buy in, I think they could be very good. If the kids get butt hurt and have mommy come the school every time he jumps down their throat, it is a waste of time hiring him.

Man, it's different in the suburban areas where there's a little bit of $$$ and entitlement. Not saying that's Ray-Pec, but it's a thing.

I have heard Ray-Pec has its fair share of parents that come in and complain/threaten to move their kids. I have also heard they have a lot of good kids coming so guess you have to weigh that out

I'm told final round of interviews today at Ray-Pec....two internal candidates and a college OC with D2 experience.

Not to mention administrators who listen to and then question every complaint that comes in.

As far as I know, all administrators want is what's best for the kids.
Oh, and to not **** up that 6 figure job that they got with a PE degree.
