And don't give me that crap about so and so, beat so and so and is ranked lower. It is a cumulative score based on the totality of the season. Teams can't change?

They have had Trinity over ranked from the very beginning. So it is taking a long time for their ranking to adjust. It is stupid.

Watched some of their games. I think they may be tough to beat in playoffs if healthy at the Class 3 level.

IMO Only team with a chance is Maryville. Think they could match Trinity score for score in a shootout.

But i'm not convinced Maryville can beat a physical team like Odessa to get to Trinity.

And then there is Cardinal Ritter which is a woldcard. Sounded like they had a super team preseason. But i'm not convinced.

Once again proof that a Week 1 game becomes less meaningful as you move through the season. Especially with Rockhurst, who can suck for a couple weeks, and get better each week. That's why they have coaches, right? Harrisonville 2016?

Three of those teams are in the East half and won't face Lamar this year.

Cassville has already beat Catholic and plays Reeds Spring on Oct 12. They won't play Mt. Vernon unless it is in districts.

Lamar goes to Cassville in week nine and I would be surprised if both teams aren't undefeated when they meet. Both should also easily win their districts.

I thought Lamar was a little down this year before the season started, maybe starting to decline. Then I watched them play, and I was wrong. Their line was as impressive as ever. They will love the #2 ranking though, it will motivate them for sure.
