It was pathetic today listening to Danny MAC on the radio making excuses for the cardinals front office regarding Randy. None of the current cardinals outfielders will EVER have a three week stretch like Randy is having. We got a pitcher who “might” be decent in three more years for a guy who would have been our best hitter.

He was a .300 hitter in the minors. The Rays coveted him. That’s the first sign to not give him up.

Danny Mac seems to be in a weird place lately. The weight loss and lack of booze has plastered a smile on his face as fake as the knockers the gals in Ladue sport. I liked him better when he was a fat drunk that spoke his mind. What show was he on? I swear, I can't do 101. I've tried. It's not everybody's bag, but I dig Tim and Doug and the crew. Nitwittery and pee pee talk with some sports sprinkled in...I listen to ESPN for about 10 mins every morning on the drive in, just because the 14 yr old is in the truck. And he likes ESPN. This morning they're literally giving a timeline of Saban's positive test. And at the end JWill says..."Tuesday he tested negative and Wednesday he tested positive. That's how fast this stuff happens." Do what now? Isn't that the way anything like this works??? Tomorrow I'm sure they'll revisit the Lebron/MJ debate or something. Goofy.

Timmy and Doug are pretty good most of the time. I have to turn it off when that Strode character gets too much air time or the Porn gals are on. Not sure what happened to the Cat. Everything looks different in the rearview mirror. But I'm not sure if it was all the DeWitts. I can't imagine the clubhouse liking what happened. I'd bet it ticked off most of them including the manager. Trust is hard to rebuild.

I doubt any of the players think that. It's a different world. Maybe the older white guys like Waino, but I can't see Yadi feeling that way. Maybe I'm off base there. It's not a great look, but it happens ALL OF THE TIME now.

Cat got fired/laid off. Station owner is messing with Tim to try to force his hand in the sale of the station. My guess is, the station owner thinks if he jacks with Tim enough via hurting the show, Tim will just saw screw it and buy the station at the current asking.

He tied it. Joe Buck quoted someone in the Cardinals org. saying the pitcher they got better turn out to be the next Randy Johnson. Making this trade was basically saying O’Neil, Bader and Thomas are all better than Randy. SMH Mo.

No...Making that trade was basically saying RandyO wasn't WASPY enough and he screwed up with the Insta live from the locker room. There isn't a person on the planet that knows ANYTHING about baseball that could've evaluated those four players and come up with that evaluation. Not possible. That's not results oriented thinking either. No way did I think RandyO would do what he's doing, but it's pretty easy to think he would've been the best of the four.

I heard Buck say that. Basically said most GMs knew Mo got fleeced too, in the same breathe as saying Libatore was going to be a solid pitcher. While also musing about how you could make that deal considering RandyO projected to be an everyday player. It was a refreshing take given the crap Danny Mac spews now.

The kid was a good hitter at every level he played. That is the teams weakness and they choked because a kid from another country who barely spoke English didn’t understand what was acceptable behavior. I am just so sick of Mo.

I'm a little aggravated with the DeWitts as well. I'm telling you, the Brooks Bros WASP club starts at the top. I thought it would get better when Matheny was fired, but obviously he wasn't the ringleader of the whole thing. It's frustrating. Even though I didn't support resigning Ozuna (mainly because I thought they'd actually go out and replace him), they passed on an incredibly low risk deal on him. All to just promote from within with awful options. I honestly think if Ozuna looked a little more like Waino or Goldy, he'd probably still be a Bird.
