Not saying you're wrong, but why is it unlikely? It's an artificial turf, climate-controlled building that is protected from inclement weather, cold, wind, rain, etc. Sounds pretty good to me.

The dome will cost too much to rent, that would be my guess, although it should not cost much since our tax money went to build it and now it basically sits empty.
