Just wanted some thoughts from the coaches after a conversation, does it hurt teams with multiple all-district level players that Coaches can't vote for their own players during this process? I know the best players from each team will make it on anyhow, but if a team that has 3-4 players, and that coach can't vote for any of them, does that hurt those players chances more than a team that has struggled on the season and maybe only can't vote for one player? Or does it really matter? thoughts?
