before they have a sentencing recommendation for Rick Gates. Tonight the word is they will ask for NO prison time for Gates because of his extensive cooperation in MULTIPLE cases for the last 2 years! They told the judge some of the cases he has assisted them on are still ongoing so they have asked that some of the documents they present at his sentence hearing should be sealed.
