Programs Adding/Dropping

Has anybody here compiled a list yet of programs that will be new to district play next year, as well as ones that will be dropping to 8 man or folding?

I saw that where Russellville is looking for a head coach and they are going to start playing varsity football in the fall of 2020.

Is Greenfield moving back to 11 man or does the SRVC imploding change that? Also doesn't Clever possible start soon.
