Im not even sure if I am a Doc Guy now!!! One of our biggest requirements is having your profile a picture of you!
Things are falling apart around here! And quickly!

Hey, Bosko. This is a good thing. I know you've been working on reducing some critical mass. This is the perfect opportunity to take a new selphy - maybe one from a recent steel mill shift manager meeting - that shows off your deft new profile.
My diet is on hold until after the holidays Dan AND I've been retired from American Pipe & Steel since May. But you're right. Once I've dropped a pound or two, I'll post a picture!

Remember, take the selphy with camera above eye level and at an angle for the most flattering results.
