exactly..they should of spent 80 million to fight it like unc did...which was much worse.

the tutor was rogue,university had no clue. unlike north Carolina who actually set up classes for years.
Agreed. So why would the university be punished for it when the NCAA investigators concluded that they had no knowledge of it?
It still smells but North Carolina got a way with it because those "fake classes" were offered to the whole student body and not just athletes.
Haha. Like off-season high school "clubs" where it is offered to all, but really there for the athletes to continue illegal practices.
and the grades were given out by a secretary..lol. institutional academic fraud is different than a fraud committed by a rogue tutor. NC had been doing this for 12 years,the tutor for months. mizzou got nailed in recruiting and football when there wasnt even any recruiting violations. should mizzou have been punished..sure why not even though they were clueless and cooperated fully as the NCAA expects. they even agreed mizzou didnt know and did the right thing and worked with them. NC had a clue as they set up the classes and fought the NCAA to the tune of 80 million. mizzou got hammered...NC slap on the wrist. god forbid punish a blueblood basketball program. that's what smells...the NCAA is a fkn joke.
