Of just how often this man lies.
It is like every breath a new lie pops out.

President Trump said he spoke with Sen. McConnell about the call with Ukraine's president: "He said, 'That was the most innocent phone call that I've read.'"

McConnell, when asked about the exchange: "We've not had any conversations on that subject."

Read this whole thread and you will understand Trump’s brain impairment.
It is spot on.

McConnell keeps more distance from Trump than 90% of his caucus. Some of them could learn a lesson or two from him about how not to end up eating turd sandwiches regularly.

Look at Graham: what is he getting for his undying fealty? A slaughter of the Kurds.

Or the SC job he wants?

He's 15-20 years older than anyone a President with a captive Senate would nominate. That dream is dead, and surely he knows it
Not the way he's acting. He has to know they keep showing videos of him talking about impeachment in 1998 and how it should work. Now they're showing video of Gowdy talking about closed door sessions being much better than public as far as getting things done. I assume the pubs don't recall not long ago they were screaming about the dems holding public hearings just for show, now they say this closed door stuff is just awful and trying keep secrets so Trump can't defend himself. I assume they DO know this ain't a trial and the accused and his lawyers do NOT get to see the evidence against him until they are actually charged with something and go to trial. If and when that happens the senate will get to set the rules and Trump's lawyers would get see all the evidence and call witnesses. They ALL know better than this crap they're spewing right now. Hell half the people that 'stormed' the committee hearing room yesterday could have, and probably should have been in there already. they were on the freakin committee. Talk about putting on a show!
