I'm no expert, but you'll have better luck putting in the legwork yourself and checking their course listings on their websites...

You are talking JUCO, they are just getting their basics out of the way, and getting the BIG D1 boys eligible to go back to D1. Babysitting.
But I think Fort Scott had an OK program. They work with Diesels and big equipment. Check them out.
