If you legally smoke pot at home, your boss in Colorado can legally fire you from your job. I smell a U.S. Supreme Court case coming.

Is there a test that can monitor the level of THC in your blood, say like a breathalyzer does for alcohol?

Company's have done it for cigarettes haven't they? Should be easy for pot.

That is a surprisingly broad protection in the state law for employment.

I'll be surprised if the Federal Courts touch the case.

Much more common to not hire people who smoke. Law is more accommodating of that position than a position to fire people who are already employed.
