According to people on the ground, Ted Wheeler has totally acquiesced to the rioters.
The rioters hate him. You see this with Bill DiBlasio, Jenny Durkin you see this everywhere as the left eats it's own.
Ted Wheeler has left the left to their own devices and this why the federal troops are there.
Yet Wheeler goes on TV and claims Federal Forces are exacerbating the situation.
But you can't even see the federal forces in the footage. And according to reporters on the ground, the Feds only come out of federal buildings when necessary to use spray.
