Poll: Interest in Mizzou Football

I've lived and died with Mizzou since I was 10 years old.
Can't root for a out of state school....don't root for the Russian's in the Olympics either. Have to be loyal to your God,Family,town,county,state and country in that order.
This is how I roll. #Chiefs, and why I refer to lifelong Missouri residents that are cowbow or Brunco fans as traitors.
Here in SWMO there seems to be more OU and Arkansas fanatics than Mizzou. Maybe that is because both of those schools are geographically closer than Columbia but I've always found it kind of odd. I like college football but don't really have 'a' team. I'm more of a Missouri State guy but we're talking about football so yeah... I tend to root for Mizzou because it feels weird to root for an out of state team to which I have no connection but don't actively follow Mizzou either.
I just want to go around and pluck all them stupid Arkansas pig things off cars. OU I don't like them either. But you are right here in SWmo seems there are alot of Pig fans and some Sooner. I just assumed they were pig fans because they wanted to marry a close relative. Oh and then the Gorillas see alot of those.
Haha yeah the pigs and especially the OU fans do kind of annoy me. Nothing wrong with it I guess, just seems kind of odd how fanatical some of the people I know are about these schools being that they aren't from those states, have never lived there, and never went to school there. But still have a truck with the pig hitch cover, window decals and flags??
The Gorillas don't bother me as much because it's a local school and there are a crap ton of alums in the Joplin area so it makes sense that there are a lot of fans around.
I'm curious about those that answered that they follow an out of state D1 school.

I was probably a B+ fan, more so when they were good or I knew a player. The threatened strike and how the whole mess on campus was handeled turned me off.
High school football is about it these days.
Win, lose, or tie. True fan. Been there for 12-2 as well as 3-8.
I lived in another state for several years, even though I have lived in Missouri longer.
I am one of those Iowa State fans in Northwest Missouri. There are also a lot of Kansas fans here, but I wouldn't call them football fans.
