Impressive drive … ate up 6:30 of the first quarter. Webb played man across with two high safeties and Platte ran it.
That's what I called for as the best option to stop em but you they can run too lol

Well that quick three and out answered that question … if Platte scores here not sure Webb is built to come back from three down.
PC defense impressive!! WC can't run against them. Unless they change things up this will be a long night at Cardinal Stadium.
I put nothing past Webb but PC is just a damn beast
It was a good "late" season for WC but, let's face it, their championship this year was beating Carthage. Hats off to PC - by this stage of the playoffs you only see truly elite teams. PC is definitely one of them.
Webb has done a great job getting them in 3rd and long . Problem is PC has picked up a 3rd and 14 3rd and 16 and 3rd and 22 . #6 would have helped Webb alot tonight ....that being said pc is peppery
Does Platte County have a shot against Cardinal Ritter? You know me - when SW MO and COC is out, I always root for Kansas City. Never St. Louis.
Any idea why Tela isn’t on the field more for Webb?? Avg 7 yards a carry on the season but it’s like he is never out there until late in the game when it’s all over
6 would help but Webb is just way outgunned in this fight unfortunately. I think they will be lucky to escape a turbo clock. But we’ll see. Maybe pull a miracle out of half time. Platte just looks way better pretty much all around.
Sometimes you just get out maned and they make you walk the plank. Good experience for the young guys.

I know they wanted to feed Hurd and Elwell but you may see Tela in the 2nd half. Might as well - he'll be the featured back behind Gabe Johnson next year.
