Have a few screenshots on my phone from end of game as requested. But how do I post them? it wants an url address

Lol. Oh, the humanity! Just look at those kids celebrating so brazenly. It’s almost as though no one on the sidelines even cares about what a bunch of anonymous fan on a message board think about them.

And come Monday they were still celebrating and hosting D1 recruiters who don't give damn about it. LOL

There’s no joy in Mudville this off-season. All that shit talking about Trinity is just iodine on inflamed butts after Saturday.

It sure is. Can't talk about them not winning a championship, so they want to move on to something else.

All this shade; didn’t one of you ASKED for screenshots??? Didn’t one of claim it didn’t happen???

once you guys can see video it is much more clear. hard to paint whole picture with screenshots

I saw the game via livestream as it was happening. I saw the kids celebrating and I saw all of the penalties. Other than the sloppiness that led to the ludicrously high number of flags, I don’t have any issues with either team’s passion OR how Trinity celebrated on their own sideline.

I make it a point to let people (especially kids) enjoy themselves and that includes alleged phones and pics on the sidelines. If I was the coach, my rules would be what I expect to be enforced. Y’all feel differently and that’s your choice. There’s no shortage of reasons you have to bitch about Trinity ... so fire away. Next year your teams will have another chance to do something about. Until then, do what you do.

If you were their coach, they would ignore you like they did him..........LOL Shows respect.

It didn't happen. He said the kids had cell phones. They belonged to the coaches, and the coaches had possession of them. So the coaches took pics of them celebrating as the game wound down. Yall's skirts are too tight. LOL

Didn’t happen. Nice try tho. What DID happen is that Trinity won State. It doesn’t matter that you hate it. I bet your team’s players all dream they were in these kids’ shoes. Deep down, you do too.

Listen are any of these kids going to Mizzou? I mean I can forgive a lot if they go to Mizzou and I can see them celebrating on Saturdays.
Barry Odoms staff hasnt done a particularly good job at closing down the boarders. If Mizzou got 75% of the top Missouri guys (especially if they’d got last years class with all the D-Linemen!) they’d be a top program in my opinion. Top 75% of Missouri combined with the usual Texas, Tennessee, Georgia and Ohio guys.

Recruiting out of St Louis has always seemed to be an issue for Mizzou coaches, not just Odom, why is that? Right now looks to be a ton of talent there.

There is a good chance at least one will be there. I also heard there is a decent chance that Jeff Thomas will be transferring there.

Nope, they’re all going to Illinois (where their pee wee football coach went); and they should do quite well in the Big 10 as long they don’t schedule Southern Boone out of conference during rainy season.
This is incorrect. In fact, one player pulled back his commitment to Illinois. Also, Marcus Washington committed to Texas. Illinois actually isn't scooping up Trinity players like many think. All they have is Larry Boyd and Isaiah Williams.

Isaiah looks to be recruited as an athlete, not QB?

Someone sent me this earlier.
Player and coach in plain view at game.

Yeah, the players and coaches have a relationship that many wouldn't understand, especially older generations. Believe it or not, the two were most likely horsing around with each other. I know it won't be seen as acceptable to many, which is fair, but ot works for them.

Man during that Mizzou run from about 2006-2013 they did a great job recruiting the Top NFL-caliber guys in the state. Blaine Gabbert, Sheldon Richardson, Blaine Dalton, Marcus Lucas, Kony Ealy, Shane Ray, Mike Scherer, DGB, Charles Harris etc the list goes on. Even getting East St Louis guys like Beckner. The last 3 classes Ive been disappointed with the instate recruiting. Maybe that coincides with not winning as much but coming off of a solid season this year and a assume 9+ win season next year (No Bama, No Auburn) you would hope it picks up. Odom deserves the extension after a couple of solid seasons but I would like the see the recruiting pick up.

Some of the best coaches today had to get a start sometime. I think, or maybe I am just hoping, but I think he will get much better with time and learn and improve as a head coach. Gary Pinkle did not set the world on fire his first few years either. We are upgrading the facilities which should help.
