Parkview Jamboree

Participants were: Parkview, Kickapoo, Clever, and Blue Eye.
Kickapoo is big again this year with Green being a beast in the post. They will be a difficult match up even though they are missing two key players due to injury.
Parkview will have to rely on Ouck to provide any offensive fire power.
Clever has a one two punch of Clevenger and Brown and a nice surrounding cast. There will not be much of a drop from previous years.
Blue Eye is scary with Patton and the Arnold girls. They could do damage in class 2. They start the season at Strafford on Monday. Could be an early season must see game.

Did anyone give Kickapoo any troubles out of those teams? Green was a beast last year as well!

I watched Strafford at their Jamboree and thought they still look pretty tough. They play a very aggressive and physical defense, which will give many schools issues. Without knowing a lot about 3a basketball, they still have to be a top 4 team I would believe? Not saying Blue will not be a game I have not seen them play?

All of the games were pretty competitive. Kickapoo did play some younger girls and rotated in and out. Blue Eye doesn’t have much size, but they are very good on the defensive side. Max effort. Who was in the Jamboree with Strafford?

Rolla / Willard / Strafford
Rolla 22-7 / 23-8 over Willard
Rolla 15-11 and 11-11 against Strafford
Teams all played hard just a little sloopy at times. Rolla is learning a new system. Rolla's size benefited them.
