I’m sure leaving the Chicago area and coming to a much more affordable cost of living scenario in comparison and I would say making pretty good money at Ozark would have something to do with it.

Doesn't seem that odd to me. I've heard of a lot of people moving here from Illinois. I think the ozarks and specifically springfield suburbs are very appealing to a lot of people in larger cities that are ready to be somewhere a little more low key but not backwoods. Plus the winters down here are much more tolerable than Chicago.

Don't know if it's still a thing but I know a few families that left places like Illinois and MIchigan to escape the harsh covid related measures.

Just poking around YouTube, it looks like normal spread stuff (inside zone, RPOs, etc.) with some other option elements here and there.
