Heard this last night. Is it true? Hard to believe a team that is currently 5-2, 4th seed in their district, lost to Drexel (who lost to RH), and gave up 50 to Lincoln, could win the mighty WEMO.

WEMO is down. I got a headache watching that game last night. Subpar.
That said, Miller wouldn't beat a WEMO team so we have that going for us.
Curious to know what Miller's record vs the wemo is? I do know they had a big upset win over Adrian in 94 I believe,
Yeah they should schedule more WEMO teams. Adrian played a home and home with Marionville in 98 and 99. Miller coulda got a game probably. Did they play Lockwood during the Tigers WEMO days? Bet some of those were fun .

Cmon Veer, you can remember that game. If not for the mudhole you guys had it would have been a thrashing instead of a nailbitter.
Why would Miller travel that far to play a patsy? We got plenty of those down here. If Miller is gonna schedule up, they usually try to actually schedule up.
Miller was too busy playing Mid Lakes schools to mess with Lockwood back then. Miller went to the Mid Lakes (from the midwest) to escape the Liberal/Jasper/Lockwood part of the Midwest. Those were some real sad teams back then. Lockwood did greatly improve once Lambert got there and have done well with Lassiter. Jasper has surged under Atkins but it was a long time coming.
As a jasper guy i can recall some great lockwood teams in every decade. Shorter boys in the 90s were good.
I realize the morbidity of Miller's program has you down but you don't have to show your ignorance daily. Take some time off champ.
I do recall that mud game. If you think a dry field wouldn't have benefited Adrian then you are obviously not knowledgeable. Well...I guess it is you. Go on about your business.
Down? I've known there was a down period coming. I also know that it won't last long.
The wetter it got the more Adrian was able to excell. Miller was dominating when it was just wet.
Did I see that the WEMO champs lost to Cole Camp who was thumped by Skyline and Lockwood? Jasper may turbo that district with a team that lost almost everything from last year!

Jasper may win the district for sure. WEMO is as down as I've ever seen it.
As for Osceola, I'm pretty sure they lost a pretty good kid or two for the season. They'll be way down next season as they have still have some pretty good players but somehow the pieces aren't fitting. Their big lineman is one of the best I've seen at the class 1 level.(And i've seen some Div 1 kids in my travels). I'm not sure what his offer list is but he's big strong fast and has a motor.
Take away Jack from last years team and you're probably not even .500 in a conference that got turbo'd by WEMO. That's bad right?
I am a Miller supporter that enjoys high school football. I also have no problems with the WEMO.....just can't resist trolling Veer. He thinks slamming Miller gets under my skin but I'm a realist. I know it's much easier to play in the side of the bracket that allows you to avoid Valle and Thayer, that is where Jasper is at..
Lots of years Valle and Thayer didn't get far. Guess 1 win or 0fer seasons make that point moot.
