Florida went 3-3 against the rest of the SEC East.

Notre Dame played Vanderbilt and won by 5.

The committee was fine to put them in but I think Georgia would’ve given Clemson a better game. Because Georgia has a track record of competing with top tier schools.

Texas is a good team. Ou beat them twice and deserved to be in. They got shown the door by bama but I can’t say they didn’t deserve to be in the playoff.

While Clemson, Bama, and OU were playing conference title games, ND was resting and preparing for Clemson. They had an extra week to recover and prepare, and still no showed.
