Back in the day Rock-Jeff City was THE game in MO. Went to more than one of those what incredible battles they were!

I'm sure my fellow Doc Guys can correct me if I am wrong, but I'm pretty sure Coach Nickerson blew the game. Ampipe kicked their asses up and down the field that night!

I am not foreign... I am about 4th generations Ampipe Bulldog. Hell, my dad and brother worked at the Steel Mill there entire life, so did my Granddad. Ask Bosko, he remembers. I am about American as Apple Pie.
Also... i got over the Walnut Heights game pretty quick... took about a week. The next friday night, my girlfriend Lisa came over and huh....lets just say... changed my mind on the importance of things in life. In all honesty, I was more upset about the blow up in the aftermath of the game, not the game itself. The aftermath stuck with me awhile... felt like i couldnt trust anyone, really messed with my head... i didnt know what my future held... all of it was pretty rough on an 18 year old that just wanted out of town.
You were just a footnote to that team anyway, Salvucci, Mouse Miller and Fox Ford were the stars. Do you shine their cars up for them nowadays?
