Kearney by 40.Well, Veer2Eternity, the 8-man guy, will be glad to know that Smithville will have the fastest WR in the conference on the field Friday, in Jet Coleman. But they do not, as the Smithville announcer said, have the two fastest receivers. The second fastest receiver is all-state WR Manny Linthicum from Kearney. But having a third string QB in the game, will it matter? Prolly not.

And yes everyone knows you're oklahomadrill.
I gotta give you credit, Joey. Your photoshop skills have come a long ways. However, that is NOT ME!!! You keep callings Veer the "8-man guy" and my dislike for 8-man football is WELL documented!!! Now dont cross me or you will find yourself having a nice little "chat" with me!
Bosko...you told the FBI that the photo of you taking kickbacks was "photoshopped." Next thing you will say is that the documentary showing you participating in the TPng of coach Nickerson's house was "photoshopped." They didn't even HAVE photo shop back then.I gotta give you credit, Joey. Your photoshop skills have come a long ways. However, that is NOT ME!!! I can appreciate a good laugh, so I like the thread that was created. The difference is that I haven't been telling everyone that my team is a "lock" to a win state like Joey has this preseason. I have been honest about the talent that Smithville has and that they are down a bit this year. My point was that even though their talent is down somewhat this year, they will play fundamentally sound football and my give teams like PC and Kearney a run for their money. I think they proved that this last week against PC as they made the plays to go up by 1 with 50 seconds left. Kuddos to PC for driving the field at the end for the win. The studs that led Smithville to a state title are gone, but the coaches on the sideline remain the same. For that reason, don't ever count Smithville out!Smithville must have played with a back up quarterback and had five turnovers too?

BTW - Joey, our WR run faster track times than yours!!!! 🤣
Wish I was as good at predicting injuries...............Kudos for Smithville to get PC to give up the ball three times--and still almost got fitty. Those two times in the red zone really kept you in the game. BTW...coach, I already said that in another post. Coleman is faster--real fast. But Linthicum is a close second in the conference. Good fortune to face a third-string QB this week. But later in the season, you will have to face a team with Rooney, Grace, and maybe even Noland by then.
I thought maybe if SV beat PC by 20 points or so, they would be even with K. But nope.
Wish I was as good at predicting injuries...............
QB1 was incurred at practice the week before Game 1 it appeared to me he reinjured it early 1st Qtr. Last week was a total surprise. QB2 rare a kid breaks a clavicle on what appeared, from the visitor stands, to be a pretty standard hit/fall to the turf. The past two weeks those were in-game injuries. It is a little different game planning a QB all week versus, in both cases, early in the game.

The INT was a good PC play but he clearly, looking back, was not nearly 100 percent going into that one.No, QB1 was hurt two days before game. Not a week. But he started and played one series before he was out.
