EVERYONE has a right to have an opinion. That's what I hate about the Neo-libs, they want to tell you that unless you're going through the issue or have some other insider information (race, sex, gender, etc) you don't get to have an opinion, worse, they pretend that someone not actively involved couldn't possibly understand the viewpoint of the person who is going through it.

I'm not female, I've never and will never be pregnant, that does NOT exclude me from being able to form an opinion about the subject.

I'm pro personal responsibility. Actions have consequences and in the vast majority of cases (approximately 95%) a decision was made to have sex. No one was forced, no one was coerced, they simply had sex and it's highly unlikely they weren't aware that pregnancy is a potential outcome of having sex.

Getting pregnant can definitely be inconvenient, painful, unwanted, etc, but that doesn't justify murdering a child because it's not what you had planned. If the woman's life is legitimately in danger, if she's in that 5% of pregnancies that result from rape or incest, then fine, that's a medical procedure to avoid legitimate medical issues.

Nothing gotcha about my questions. What you said in that post I assume YOU believe in. Why is ok to kill a baby to save the adult. YOU also stated that rape would qualify as a 'legitimate medical issue'. How does a pregnancy from rape cause a medical issue for a baby?
