Something the Missouri professional teams could use a little more of. Cards, Royals, Rams and Chiefs all suck

Frankly, I'm tired of watching a 70% Matt holliday literally get all of one and hit it 300 feet. I'm also really in awe of batting Peralta 4th or 5th every day when he hasn't had a big hit since his game winner against the Cubs three months ago. Go with the young guys and move Peralta down in the order. If we lose, we lose. But stop acting like Holliday and Peralta are big threats. THEY SUCK.

Does this mean we don't like HR's anymore. If they 4 or 5 in two games the offense sucks. If they don't hit any HR's and win 1-0 or 2-1 the offense sucks. They can't seem to make anybody happy. The ONLY reason they lost game 2 is because the DEFENSE sucked NOT the offense. Without those 5 UNEARNED runs we win the game 3-1 and go up 2-0 in the series.

Grichuk was a lot more threatening when healthy than those two guys were

Holliday is hitting in the .170s since his return from injury. Obviously he has not recovered fully. And you know how well Jhonny hits with RISP. That's the middle of our lineup.

3r I was not talking about the last 2 games but pretty much my frustration with the offense the last 2 years for birds and forever for the Rams and Chiefs. Royals don't matter because of Runny!!!! Sorry for the confusion had a few cold ones during the weekend and all the losing including Blues got to me. New week and optimism starts up tonight . Go Birds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
