In the medical field we play the game of Covid safety Theater and hand out mask and wear them....without the proper protocol to be effective by any degree but it makes the Rubes feel safe. The CDC and Medical experts have put forth this false narrative as well... public propaganda to ease the fears.

It basically all a control issue. They pick and choose what to push and bypass things that have most doctors scratching their heads. Masks and vaccines are pushed as if they were the saving methods all the while natural immunity and ivermectin are bypassed. The the ignorant media gets on board and starts pushing this narrative and making fun of those that want natural immunity, ivermectin, etc. and people that can't process past what CNN feeds them believe it and get on board. My doctor and many others believe there's something at play here because they know the science that is being bypassed. It looks like it boils down to control which is what the left has wanted all along.

How can you say it's unproven? Even those that get a breakthrough infection aren't getting very sick and nearly none of them die. This thing about it being rushed is kinda silly too. This is not your old time vaccine that took 10 years to get done. This was a totally new away of doing it and it seems to have worked out quite well. I've had a flu shot every year for as long as I can remember, I've also had a couple of pneumonia shots that are good for 5 years and a shingles shot that is a new thing too and is supposed be good for the rest of my life. If I need to get this vaccine every 6 months to keep me out of the hospital and not dying I'll keep doing it. I had no ill effect from any of the 3 covid shots I've had. Lots of people in this area, some I know personally, some are having the long hauler issues we hear about and yes I know some that have died. I'll take my chances with the shot, I don't want to get covid over and over to find out if can survive that.

Unproven in the long term effects or ramifications of this experimental VAX. And I'm fully aware of mRNA tech they used to fast track the Vax. It is the first Vax of this type outside of Clinical trials to be used on Humans. It's a pretty big and widespread clinical trial of a tech that in Unproven over the long term if it goes south and people develop issues then it will be catastrophic in nature to Millions and Millions world wide.

You have no idea if it has worked out well? Because no long term studies have been analyzed to determine the long term side effects. You are just assuming that All is well and will be well. You can't compare the Shingles shot and pneumonia shots. Those where Proven in long term clinical trials and mRNA tech was not used to develop them. Apples to Mango fruit comparison.

Nobody is saying don't take your chances with the shot....get it it's your body and your risk. I've been vaxed...as well. But I'm not naive and realize that we are not getting the whole truth about the side effects and all the risks. And that $$$$ isn't a huge part of the Vax program.

I don't blame people who have reservations or don't want the vax I 100% support their right in that regard. There are a lot of legit concerns about the Vax that have not been answered and will not be answered for a long time. I fully support people who don't want to take a unproven and experimental product into their bodies. Their concerns are legit and have merit.

Really, we decades of Spanish flu to work on a vaccine? I would expect to get parents consent for kids, but if they don't get the shots they don't go to school without some medical exemption. I'm not talking about the speed so much, it is made a to prevent you from getting the virus in totally different way. I'm quite sure I could never understand how they did it but it's a genetic engineering thang, not cracking eggs. Maybe it will eventually kill everyone that got the shots but maybe not. I got my first shot in February and so far no ill affects. The pubs main man has now had his 3rd shot and told everybody they should get them too. Too bad he didn't talk like about a year ago, we might have the herd immunity by now instead of 63% of the eligible population being vaccinated.

I'm kinda old but I have no more morbidity issues than most people way younger than me. Don't smoke drink or do some kind of crazy drugs. I do take a pill every day for some kind of arthritis in my hip but that ain't gonna kill me. I'll most likely have hip replacement someday but that ain't supposed to kill me either.

Then you probably would survive and be OK without taking a Vax. But I'd say taking it would be for the best at your age. But if you didn't I'd 100% support your decision not to.
