If he did the Crime he should face the consequences..... Trump hoisted himself a bit on his own petard by taking defensive stance. It will be interesting if they ever release a bit of detail on what all these govt officials have taken.

So far none of the others that have these docs have claimed they belong to them and they should be able keep them, nor has there been negotiations for months and months before not acting on a legal subpoena causing the FBI to go in and take them.

I've been saying the same thing. Include Senate and House staff, and members of the US Intelligence agencies, My guess is it's more widespread than will ever be known. Every few years someone gets caught selling US intel to foreigners, Imagine how many have done it and never got caught.
