Not playing “ANYONE”...

I'm a Webb guy and I've only watched Jackson play a full game once ...last year against Carthage and then highlights this year on YouTube. They are as advertised. I certainly wouldn't want to play them . Can webb or Carthage knock em off ? Not real sure . Carthage actually matches up better with them than Webb even though I think Webb will beat Carthage . Webb really struggles against the rpo / spread pass game . Look at Joplin for an example of that
Also of the same reasons I think Webb may lose to nixa this week . If Webb knocks off nixa ...I'll change my mind but what Jackson does on offense is pretty impressive . Big o line ...can run it but they are so diverse . And when the d gets it right ..they pull it and throw it or vice versa . You have to have a badass free safety and linebackers to beat them
I actually filmed the Jackson-Fox game this weekend for GSV. I was very impressed with their offense and certainly will be a tough out for anybody and you'd be hard-pressed to find a better quarterback in the state than Cael Welker. Like CalPreps, I too think Jackson is best team in Class 5 right now.
Jackson has a clear path to the state championship game IMO. Districts will be straight forward, the winner of district two will probably be Chaminade or Ladue, but Jackson should beat either or. After that is most likely Battle or Fort Zumwalt North: North would be a tough challenge for Jackson, but again the Indians have more talent.
