Just finished watching the game. Congratulations. It is refreshing to watch a team that plays smart, plays great defense, makes free throws, and doesn't run up and down like their hair is on fire.
From watching this game it is pretty obvious that their coach is "old school". I have said forever if two teams are evenly matched the team that plays the smartest will win as was the case today. I have watched so many games in the last several years that was lost because teams kept attacking and did not take time off the clock. How many bad shots did NWMS take? Not many. And if they did their best player took it. Even when they were pressed they did not panic. Again the game was coached masterfully. Having said that I'm not sure how his coaching will translate to the next level? Obviously, he is a great coach and if he goes to the right program he will be successful at the next level. I guess you can tell I am old and learned and coached in a different era but the bottom line is to win.

He would succeed at a high level. His teams are as efficient offensively as any teams at any level every single year. Their shot charts are a thing of beauty. Then again, need players to do it.

Heard two years ago his number is over $2 million to get him to budge. I think he would succeed quickly just by taking his players with him. He is getting guys that have mid Major offers. Created a dynasty.
