Are we that bad or is Hilsboro that good? Do we have the people to play the spread? It just seemed like we made no adjustments. We watched the Hawks score on the same play about 4 times. We did nothing different on Offense, but hey look at the bright side we have a fancy score board. Oops it didn't work right either.

The scoreboard that cost tax payers tens of thousands of dollars but is going to magically "pay for itself" in just a year or two? Can't wait until they build the new football facility.

$90000. They must have some really good sponsers that are willing to spend that much money.

I just would like to see the football team play a little better brand of football.

Well that coach over there for Hillsboro has just got if figured out. He is a former great athlete that can put the blues to some Jack n the box tacos. Not to mention that Defensive mind in Foxxy he just has it man. When he is fruit and veggie juicing or cutting out wheat in is diet he is a force to be wrecking with.

Boro Physical and not to fancy..... North County North County never happy you cried when they were not chucking every down...you cried when Farmington got a new facility...you cried when coaches had winning records. Now you have a nice place and you still not happy....you should of never ran Mr. Burns (coach Hauge) out of town.

I believe we're obviously using the phrase "great athlete" here in a very, and I mean
VERY general sense. The only athletic prowess I'd assume achieved WAS putting the
blues to Jack n the Box tacos...And by the looks of things over there, I also assume
that's a shared ability of the entire staff....

I agree with never losing Coach Haug. I don't care how you play but I think a high school coach has to be able to adjust his style to the type of kids he has. It is not college you can't go get players that fit your system. The facilities are nice!

I know it makes for a great story, but Coach Haug retired via his own free will in 2004 and took a part time teaching position and head coaching job at Potosi.

Knowing Coach Haug he did what he wanted. He came back to NC a few years later to help Jermey Mcdowell coach the Raiders. I still think coachs have to adapt. What do you call that when you do the same thing over and over and get the same result?

100% correct Mike. He did what he wanted.
Great coach. Even better teacher.
