Jim Boone is in his fourth season (52-37) as head coach of the Delta State University Statesman Basketball program. Boone (482-365), a native of Winfield, W.V., brings 30 years of collegiate coaching experience to Delta State, including stops at the NCAA Division I and II levels. His career record speaks to his success on the hardwood, but his real niche has been at the NCAA DII level where he has posted a blistering 390-193 mark as a head coach.

Steve Shepherd from College of the Ozarks (Branson) will be talking on Motion Offense on Friday morning first thing. I hope everyone attends, Coach Shepherd is a fantastic motion coach and will do a GREAT job on Friday morning.

I haven't got to spend any time with Coach Shepherd, I'm sure he is great! I did spend some time with some motion geniuses at Kickapoo just a few short years ago, who knows maybe I'll see them this Thursday and we can get some Shakespeares! Lol.
