"No hands up, still loot"

After all this evidence, it's obvious there won't be any action against the officer. What an outrage! MORE LOOTING!

Not sure about that Miller. The FBI says there were two shots inside the car, one missed the other went through Brown's hand and he had gunshot residue on his hand so that shot was close range. That doesn't tell us why the officer shot at him while he was running away or why he shot him dead when he turned around with his hands up.

3r read everything that has come out. He didn't shoot at him running away. And he never had his dang hands up. Good grief people.

Good grief yourself man, did you not see the VIDEO that showed the construction workers watching that thing take place. One of them was yelling at the officer why did you keep shooting, he had his hands up.

Right, and what is the background of the tape? Have the FBI/Investigators talked to the construction workers? Have we figured out their line of sight? Are we certain they even saw the incident or were they just parakeeting what they were hearing 60 yards away from where the scene is? What about the video where you can hear the guys talking in the background?

OR

What about the actual testimonies of a half dozen black individuals that testified in front of a grand jury?

The dude never had his **** hands up. He was never shot at running away. He was charging the officer and caught one in the noggin on his way to his pavement bed. Mike Brown was a thug.

If you would watch Foxnews and listen to Sean Hannity, you would know all this stuff!

Or, or just maybe, it was on the local FREAK'N news.

If your family member is shot and 8 people said he wasn't charging a cop and 6 people say he was charging a cop, would you want a court to decide? Or just take the cop's word as the gospel truth?

Personally, I say let the man have his day in court. Why are you so against letting the man have his day in court?
You weren't there. Let a jury of his peers decide. Or don't you believe in our system?

What are Grand Juries for? Don't you believe in our system?

Drop did you see the video showing what was going from the same view the construction workers had and their reaction to it or not? I did.

They don't have to have a grand jury decide. The biased prosecutor van do it all by himself. Do you think he gave a harsh cross examination to the officer in front of the grand jury? Come on man. He is on the same team as the cop.

All the grand jury decides is whether there is even a question of guilt. It doesn't take much evidence to pass a grand jury! If there was enough evidence of guilt, there wouldn't be a grand jury.
Grand juries ARE part of the system. You wouldn't accept a not guilty from a full fledged trial either.
