Nixa at Carthage

Last I heard Derryberry and Tyler were both hurt so I don't know that either team is at full strength. I believe I read that Nixa has several other injuries as well.
I think if both teams are at full strength Carthage is the better team. If Tyler is able to play without being really limit and Derryberry isn't though I could see Nixa winning.

He was pretty much dead on. cTOWN @ home by 12 is pretty acurate. Sounded like it was a good thing the starting rb had turf toe. The Collins kid had a heck of a night 158 on 23 carrries with two tds. Never know what wouldve happened other wise. cTOWN Im sure still wouldve won but possibly by less with someone else getting those carries.
Good win for Carthage. After seeing Neosho last week, the last of the class 5 contenders, I was confident the best team I had seen againts WC was Carthage at full strength. That is what my statement was based off of. Tyler IMO is a gamer who can change the outcome of games and was the wildcard in the CHS v NHS match up for me.

Definitely a good win for the Tigers. Nixa, particularly #17 was a handful and his kicks were a sight to see, impressed the Carthage fans. Not that it matters at this point because it didn't affect the final outcome, but was anyone else at the game puzzled by the facemask no-call against Nixa? I was fairly close to that play and it seemed about as obvious of a facemask as I've ever seen but it was right in front of a ref and he didn't throw a flag so maybe he saw something that wasn't apparent from the stands.
