New Warrensburg coach

Congrats to my old DC at Maryville on getting name the Head Coach at Warrensburg.

Warrensburg gets it kinda bad though. They have a semi transient population, with UCM and especially the Air Force base being so close. They don't have it as bad as Knob Noster, but it still affects them. Its hard to build a program when you change coaches so often, it doesn't help when kids don't stay around for more than 2 years.
