New Missouri NIL Rule?

It sure looks like that new NIL rule where you can collect NIL money your senior year in Missouri if you sign with a Missouri school is helping their football recruiting.
Are they after anyone in the state for basketball currently? I would think all the LINK guys get to collect NIL money early regardless of signing since they aren't part of MSHSAA?

Nothing to handle... will be interesting to see how it works out, Would have the same question if other states had set it up like this.
