New Class and District assignments?

When will MSHSAA release the new class assignments and district assignments for the next cycle? Which class will be the catch all class for basketball? If I remember correctly, didn't MSHSAA release class and district assignments for boys and girls basketball in the Spring last cycle? Just curious, but any info would be appreciated.

Classes will be released at their April meeting, which is the 8th and 9th.
